Quality Control

Value Engineered Products (aka VE Products) requires that all items procured or manufactured be of acceptable quality. Quality control procedures are issued to assure adequate control of quality throughout the manufacturing process and comply with MIL-I-45208 and MIL-STD-45662 and similar required specifications.

The purpose of our quality control is to assure that materials, supplies, services and finished product will meet all quality requirements included in the VE Products customer contract or purchase order.

Our quality control maintains procedures or instructions to control identification of articles throughout all phases of manufacturing, inspection and storage. Also to ensure that housekeeping and handling practices prevent damage, loss substitution and quality degradation. Reviews of procedures are conducted to assure compliance.

Our quality control is reviewed on an annual basis to assure the continued upgrading to stay up to date of current industry practices and conform to customer requirements.
